We look at these times as an opportunity to trust God, to love amidst trials, and to lose ourselves, that we might find life. <BR/><BR/>I've been reading Dallas Willard's The Great Omission and was reminded of this. He says that one of the main modes for becoming a disciple of Jesus is through this patient trust in God through our trials. It is through this that we grow in our awareness of the movement of the Holy Spirit. As we patiently bear these difficulties, we begin to understand what God's work in our lives looks like.
